Cancellation policy

• Full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking, provided the cancellation is at least 14 days before check-in.
• For other cancellations, a full refund is available if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
• If you cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you'll receive a 50% refund for all nights.
• Cancellations less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.

Long-term cancellation policies for monthly stays

• Full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking, provided the cancellation is at least 28 days before check-in.
• If you cancel after this period, you'll be charged for all nights stayed plus the next 30 nights of your reservation.
• If fewer than 30 nights remain when you cancel, you'll be charged for all remaining nights.
